The Privacy Policy Agreement is a legally bounding contract between you, whether personally or on behalf of any other entity – company or human (hereby, referred to as “You” or “User”) and Jetways Travels Pvt. 2. Governing Laws, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution:

   1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
   2. The competent Courts of Delhi, India shall have the sole and exclusive Jurisdiction to try to entertain all the disputes arising between the parties hereunder.
   3. Any or all differences, disputes, non-compliance or non-payment arising out of these presents or interpretation thereof shall be firstly resolved amicably by the parties, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of notice by either Party from the other Party of any such dispute or difference.
